We recommend reaching out at least 6–12 weeks in advance for partial planning or full-service projects, and 4–6 weeks ahead for onsite coordination. However, we understand that every event is different. If your timeline is tighter, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate or recommend the best next step.
We typically require a 50% deposit to secure your event date and begin planning, with the remaining balance due 10–14 business days before the event. For ongoing or multi-event clients, we offer flexible payment schedules and retainers. All terms will be clearly outlined in your proposal and service agreement.

Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with your preferred vendors and integrate seamlessly into your existing partnerships. We also offer recommendations from our vetted network if you need additional support. Our goal is to create a cohesive, well-managed team, no matter who's on it.
Yes! While we’re based in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia), we’re happy to travel for events throughout the U.S. and internationally. Travel and accommodation costs may apply, and we’ll provide a transparent estimate as part of your proposal.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future event depending on the timing and scope. We’ll work with you to find the best path forward and minimize any loss of investment
